"I asked very specifically over the phone in April for all of my insurance to be the bare minimum, only what is required to legally drive the car - come to find out 4 months later that was never done. I was lied to about what the bare minimum was and just NOW was placed on bare minimum insurance. They do not care that the prior employee was incorrect in her adjustments and statements. EVERY MONTH THEY RAISE THE PRICES!"

"I recently compared my policies with State Farm to another agency in Nocatee that shops a number of providers. Nicole quickly gave me a breakdown of each of my 4 policies. When I added up the differences I chose to stay with State Farm. Yes there was an insignicant annual difference. But being able to pay State Farm monthly for no additional costs won the bid. Besides Nicole understands all of my policies and quickly answers my questions. Having a person to meet or talk with about all of my policies is extremely important to me. "If you are looking for an extremely pleasant and professional insurance agent I highly recommend Kanica Schulte at State Farm!! I absolutely hate dealing with auto insurance but it’s one of those necessary evils. I used one of those online services to get quotes because my rates kept climbing for no reason with progressive.
